Our former and first head brewer, Brian, returns to us from Devil’s Backbone as our Brewery Director.

Out Side Sales Rep
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Jeff moved to West Virginia in the mid-90’s to attend college and has been visiting and living in the Lewisburg area ever since. While wearing many hats professionally, he is excited to be joining the craft beer world. His past work has included being a professional stage manager as well as a geologist. Travel enlightened him to help develop I-Treks, a smartphone application providing custom tours around West Virginia and soon to select locations out of state. As a caver, outdoor enthusiast and traveler, an appreciation for good beer after a long day of exploration makes him a perfect fit to the Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company’s motto, “Get out. Explore. Bring Beer.”
Brewery Operations Manager
Gary comes to the brewery with years of laboratory, mechanical, and production experience from the chemical and dairy industries. Overseeing the production of our brews, Gary makes sure our facility runs smoothly and efficiently. An avid home brewer, Gary has long been a fan of craft beer and the process of creating good beer.
Assistant Brewery Operations Manager
As our cellar man, (admittedly an awesome title), Travis does much of the work getting our brews to your favorite pub, restaurant and retail store. Helping to fill kegs and cans and building orders, Travis is our last line of defense before our brews head out into the world.
Canning Line Manager
Julia is our resident lover of nature and music, especially when they are combined. Being the younger sibling of our head brewer, Julia has been around the beer brewing scene for a while. Although she contributes to a lot of areas in the brewery and considered the “Jill of All Trades” she manages our canning system and makes sure that every can of brew is properly packaged and sent out with love. You may even spot her from time to time in our Tap Room, pouring fresh beer and serving it with a smile.
Tanya is a Greenbrier County native, having lived in the area her entire life with the exception of six years spent in Baltimore, MD, where she attended massage therapy school. Licensed in WV and VA as a massage therapist, she decided to take a break from that career and try her hand in the craft beer industry. She manages all of our social media and internet pages, helps coordinate events, helps serve our beer in the Tap Room, co-hosts Pub Quiz, works the canning line and is the resident artist.
Tap Room Manager
Christina has recently migrated from our canning line to become our Tap Room Manager. She is full of great ideas and an infectious laugh. Give her a “Cheers!” when you stop by.
